QEI Training Course and Exam
If you are interested in attending the QEI training course and taking the exam, you should submit the application below. Please be sure to provide copies of any certificates (including NEIEP, CAT and CET), licenses, degrees or other documentation to support your education and experience. Also include copies of any previous or current QEI certifications. Failure to provide this documentation may delay processing of your application.
