| Jerry H Butler | Do companies fill out a test form showing length of slide, buffer return, items listed for cat 5 tests? I have asked one major to give me their form and was told they cannot because it is electronic. |

Jerry, It seems like they should be able to print it for you or at least email a copy for you to print. I think it might be their way of stalling because they didn't document the tests. |

We know that many companies have their own set of reports that are used internally. ASME A17.2-2020 publishes checklists under the non-mandatory appendix E. |
