***Important webinar requirements***
To ensure the success of each webinar, participants are expected to have a basic level of proficiency using their computer or tablet before registering. By enrolling in an online webinar, you acknowledge that you possess the necessary technical skills to access and participate in the Microsoft Teams Webinar platform.
- Minimum Equipment Requirements
- A computer or tablet. Mobile phones are not permitted for webinar attendance.
- A stable internet connection that allows the user to remain in the meeting room. Dropping in and out is distracting to both the instructor and the class.
- Speakers or headphones (internal or external).
- A camera is optional and not required.
- If you intend to reference electronic codes or standards during class, a second monitor is recommended for the best learning experience.
- Software Requirements
- Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11 (or a compatible operating system).
- The latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection.
- During the webinar, participants must be able to:
- Effectively access the platform
- View presentation materials
- Engage with instructor, as needed
- Answer Poll questions as they are presented
**NOTE** AI, recording, or reproduction of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
If it is determined that a participant is unable to effectively participate due to insufficient technical proficiency or equipment limitations, they will be permitted to complete the current webinar session but may not be allowed to attend the subsequent session.
Should this occur, NAESA will provide written notification outlining the reason for the decision. Eligibility to register for future online webinars may be suspended until documentation demonstrating adequate technical proficiency—such as completion of computer skills or Microsoft Teams training course—is provided.
For more information please visit the NAESA website or call the office.
